Roads removed for tour-opers between Albania, Kosovo, tourist packages expected to drop

To boost the number of foreign visitors, the Albanian government has decided to remove bureaucratic and operational barriers for tourist agencies. The law for ratification of the Joint Committee of Central European Free Trade Agreement decision “has been published on facilitating the trade of services provided by travel agencies and tourist operators”.

It aims to establish a new relief regime for Albanian tourism businesses that want to operate in Kosovo, northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Moldova, and vice versa. This law ends double licenses.
