According to the announcement, the request for detention has been submitted to the Constitutional Court in Gjakova é branch Rahovec, after the prosecution has made a decision to launch investigations against the suspects.
The prosecution makes it known that there is doubt based that the defendant, since June 2024 and on and on in Rahovec, with the aim of illegal property gains, has contracted a markedly non-proportional amount in exchange for debt is exploited by the heavy financial condition of the injured with H.F. initials.
According to the investigation, the injured, due to the need for financial means for recovery, had borrowed 7 thousand euros from the suspect, while forced to pay 700 euros a month for interest. By the time the investigation was initiated, he had paid a total of 14,000 euros on behalf of interest.
The event culminated on February 21st 2026, when the suspect was arrested by police during the implementation of separate investigative measures, while accepting a total of 700 euros from the injured.
With these actions, according to the Prosecutor, the defendant is suspected to have committed criminal work “Fadeja” by Article 331 paragraph 2 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
The same, as of February 21st 2026, with the State Prosecutor's decision, is under ban for 48 hours, while the court's decision regarding the detention requirement is expected. /Periscope
