During the final address, the prosecutor of the case, Arben Hoti, said they remain close to the positions given during the preliminary trial, stressing that there are no unproved cases. He added that all the administered evidence, as well as those provided under official office by the tribunal, confirms beyond any well-based doubt that the accused's actions meet the elements of the works they are accused of.
“Procurory requires that the tribunal plead guilty and guilty by law,” reports “Justice Vow”, broadcast Periscope.
Edward Abraham's defender, lawyer Xhemajl Ademiy, delivered the final written word and sought his defense's release, arguing that he has performed the work in necessary defense.
The accused Edward Ibrahim said that his reaction was the result of fear of life and that at the critical moment he had no time to think about the consequences of his actions. “I am not a criminal, but a man who faced death and reacted to saving my life,” he added.
Defenders of Abraham's Progress, lawyer Halit Shaylan, also delivered the final written word and demanded that the court make a decision based on all the facts of the case, taking into account the acceptance of actions by his defender.
Indictee Ibrahimi expressed regret over the case and said on the critical day he had not been aware of all events, demanding his release from the prosecution.
Beglo's defender, lawyer Flamur Bllaku, delivered the final written word, demanding that the court handle the evidence meritably and establish the release of his defense, since he has never denied his actions.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, on 7 joker 2022, had sentenced Edward Ibrahim to 22 years in prison, as well as Egzon Matosin to 2 years in prison, advancing Ibrahim to 3 years in prison and a thousand euros in fines, while Lirim Begoll to 2 years and 6 months in prison in connection with the murder of minor L.B.
The Court of Appeals had confirmed its decision on November 21st, 2022.
While the Supreme Court, on May 25, 2023, has turned this case into a retrial with the reasoning that the first court had not justified any of the evidence administered, but had only denied the necessary protection with the argument that it was not fired by the weapon, even though forensic expertise says otherwise, and that the decision to Abraham was unfair, since the sentence was high in view of his 19-year-old age at the time of the commission of the criminal work.
According to the indictment set up on November 18, 2020, Edward Ibrahimi is charged that on March 12, 2020, about 1500 in Pristina, he was deprived of life of the minor L.B., and on that occasion he deliberately threatened the lives of the injured R.G. and B.S.
While accused Egzon Matosi, Lirim Begolli, Paraprie Ibrahimi is accused of criminally offering aid after committing criminal work and accused of criminal work “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”
