The Constitutional Court in Mitrovica has announced that, according to the indictment, the event occurred on 10,11.2025, at the joint family residence in Mitrovica North. After a verbal dispute between husband and wife, the defendant M.K. has injured the injured and sustained physical violence against her, causing her slight bodily injuries, as well as great fear and emotional distress.
With special consent, the defendants have continued the detention measure until the integrity of the act.
