This week will be local if Kosovo will have new president or the country can go to extraordinary elections, in the absence of numbers for the new president, Periscope reports.
Feeling comfortable as never before due to the December 28th election result, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has started meetings with opposition party leaders to find “a solution” to the president's issue, thus trying to try to get the new elections.
The 50 numbers it has in the Kosovo Assembly -- the Vetevendosje Movement in charge of Albin Kurti alone -- cannot do anything to advance the completion of new institutions, including the new president.
The VV does not account for the 7 votes that it has “List Guxo” which in principle may be the PROVjosa Osmani vote, which, in addition to publicly saying that it targets a five-year term at the presidency's helm, has now started at the news of how long it has started to provide at least 61 possible numbers and qualifications in the Kosovo Assembly, which would pave the way for Osmani to re-election once again as the first of the state.

PDK no vote for Vjosa Osmani
Currently the party headed by Bedri Hamza, The PDK does not have a vote for Vjosa Osmani, as there is no name from this party for president that could be derived from a “consensors” of Albanian parliamentary parties.

“As a political subject of opposition, we have not been and are not a barrier to state processes, but neither do we support candidacys that do not represent civic unity, according to constitutional spirit”, Hamza wrote on Facebook after meeting with Prime Minister Kurti, in the office of the latter.

LDK neither... Out of 15 deputies, 7 against Vjosa Osman
At the last public and official meeting that Lumir Adbixhiku had LDK chairman Vjosa Osmani for the Peace Board meeting, Periscop sources have said Osmani has opened up a bit with Abdixhik, even if the LDK's votes go to Vjosa Osmani in the Kosovo Assembly whenever there can be a hearing for the president.
Officially, neither this political subject until now has a name for president, but one thing is certain that the LDK's 15 votes are not sure about Vjosa Osmani, despite Lumir Abdijzik's integration.

If there are no numbers for president by 4 March, then the new elections could be held once in mid-April of this year: 30 out of 45 days as envisioned in the Kosovo Constitution.
