Osmani-Rama meeting: Political co-operation, Peace Board, Foreign Policy Topic

The two leaders praised Kosovo's co-ordination as a factor of peace and stability in the region, as well as their constructive role in international initiatives, including engagement on the Peace Board, where it was stressed that both states are honoured with the invitation by President Donald Trump.
“The focus of the meeting was, first of all, close political and institutional co-ordination, as well as mutual commitment to intensifying co-operation in foreign policy, in the function of advancing common strategic interests. The two leaders stressed the importance of continuing Kosovo co-ordination as a factor of peace and stability in the region, as well as the constructive role of both states in international initiatives promoting peace and co-operation”, initially said in communique
“During the meeting was also discussed on co-operation under the Peace Board, stressing the importance of joint engagement in global initiatives promoting dialogue, security and democratic values. In this context, it was highlighted that Kosovo and Albania are honoured with the invitation by President Donald Trump to the Peace Board, as evidence of respect and partnership with strategic allies. President Osmani and Prime Minister Rama reaffirmed their will for deepening brotherly co-operation between the two states, emphasising economic partnership, developing joint projects and creating concrete opportunities that directly affect the approach and well-being of the two countries'”.
