The arrests of Kosovo citizens at the border points with Serbia are continuing. One such case is that of Avni Qaj, who was banned on November 25, 2025 at the Merdare border point, and was released two and a half months later. Dogaj has told television the entire ban process.
On November 25th, 2025 made its way to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
That's because, Avni Dog's family, there's a business there.
But, at the border point in Merdare, former soldier of The NLA noted something unusual.
I saw that there was a delay, so I went to ask them, "No, we suspect something," I asked them, "what's the problem?
Annie why Serbian police sent her to Belgrade without telling her the reason for the ban, Qaj already knew.
There's no coma after nothing of the KLA with normal Bosnian documents in a coma after being Bosnian resident. The reason I knew for war veteran so I was a soldier KLA” said away, Dog.
During his stay in prison, Qaj says he was not mistreated.
However, treatment was received differently during the interview before Serbian police officers.
We prison well had a non-condulge in the room, for the rest of the time in prison after some torture and in the police coma after I tried to talk to you two times they brought me back with violence. In prison for two and a half months, I found myself in court that I was in charge of the strong lawyer”, Qaj points out.
The same fate as the Dog was, there was a late Mithat Lozhani.
Even for her, she was recently warned that she is being mistreated in Serbian prisons.
There's rooms there that are about 5-6 people that might even be ill-treated, but I don't mean second to no more after being treated in jail or word. I've had a great time in prison. Since they've had those treatments, I haven't had them yet since they've been different.
Avni Qaj was released after two and a half months of stay in custody in Belgrade.
While he says he will no longer cross Serbian territory./Periscopi/
