Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, will meet at 2:00 to discuss the issue of electing the president.
Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu said the meeting would take place in the House space.
“Prime Minister Kurti meets today with LDK chairman Lumir Abdijku at 2: 00 p.m. in the Housespace”, he told Reporter.
This meeting comes a day after Kurti met with Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Bedri Hamza.
Kurti Hamza last night took place at the Prime Minister's Office in Government.
The LDK expects consensus from talks for the president. MP Armend Zemaj says they do not have a name as candidate, but that the LDK has “people who are exemplary at” for such positions.
It's not like we're talking about a candidate. What is known and well known, we have potential. We always had potential. We have people who are exemplary in leadership and leadership, whether president, prime minister or other positions”, he said yesterday about Kosovas.
He has said that <x0acoma has no political decision” when asked about the name of Vjosa Osmani, which is aiming to remain president even for a mandate.
