Kosovo extradites international narcotics fugitive to RMV

The suspect was arrested by Kosovo authorities after it was requested by INTERPOL for criminal acts “unauthorized production and release of narcotic substances” and was avoided by justice.

According to the Kosovo Police, extradition was realised thanks to close co-operation between Kosovo institutions and North Macedonia.

“The Directorate for International Police Co-operation will continue with the exchange of information with local institutions, states and international organisations, with the aim of preventing, investigating and uncovering criminal activities that connect with the investigation of the perpetrators of criminal acts, as well as other activities in tracking, detaining persons and criminal groups operating inside and outside the country”, said at the KK's announcement.
