The Iber-Lepenc terrorist attack trial continues on 16 February

The court's spokeswoman, Mirlinda Gashi, has confirmed this.

The brothers Dragisa of Jovan Viqjevic and Igor Dimovic are charged with the attack. At the initial session on December 24th 2025, Jovan Viqejev's defender, lawyer Nebojsa Vlasic, had demanded the expulsion of prosecutor Codraliu, which was supported by the defenders of other indictees, leading to the end of the session.

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor filed an indictment on December 9th 2025 against the three accused of the November 29th 2024 attack on the Iber-Lepenc channel in Varigga of Zubin-Potoku.

According to the indictment, on November 29, 2024, in the village of Varag, Zubin Potok's municipality, defendants J.V. and D.V., along with some other people still unknown, have placed about 20 kilograms of trinitrotolune (TNT) within the “provision Lepenc”. They activated explosive matter through a concrete counter, severely damaging the canal structure, cutting off drinking water supply, risking electricity production and causing damage worth 376,774.70 euros to the company “Iber Lepenc”.

The allegations also include criminal acts of illegal possession for the three defendants and spying criminal acts for J.V., which allegedly acted in favour of Serbia's Military Intelligence Service, collecting documents and classified information for illegal purposes on Kosovo territory.
