He has criticised the prosecution, who has revealed new arguments during concluding statements, when the process is already coming to an end.
“Not showing statements to witnesses related to these evidence, the prosecution has no right to conclude that the statements were widely distributed, read, measures were taken on their basis or that they contributed significantly to the commission of crimes”.
