Compared to the previous session, there is a slight increase in the euro, indicating that the market shows no signs of a significant withdrawal following yesterday's growth.
Yesterday's growth was driven by increased geopolitical risks and investors' response, which traditionally uses gold as a safe “treet” in times of instability. Today's stability, instead of declining correction, shows that demand remains strong.
Analysts stress that global financial uncertainty, stock market fluctuations and wave movements, particularly the Euro-dollar report, have a significant impact on the price. An additional factor is increased demand by institutional investors, who increase their exposure to gold in times of danger.
Although yesterday's significant growth has stabilised in part, the current value shows that investors continue to view the precious metal as a safe alternative to economic and political uncertainty conditions.
If geopolitical tensions and financial market instability continue, analysts expect gold to remain at a high level or see new growth in the coming period.
