France arrests two young people, suspected of planning attacks

Two 16 - year - olds were arrested in northern France earlier this week on suspicion of planning attacks at a shopping center or concert site.

So said the French Antiterrorism Prosecutor's Office on Friday.

Antiterrorism prosecutor said one of the 16-year-olds had begun to pursue jihadist propaganda, Reuters reports.

The names of two 16-year-olds who were arrested have not been disclosed.
