Former head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, has called for participation in the march, expected to be held February 17th in Pristina, in support of former KLA leaders.
Through a Facebook post, Krasniqi has written that the march comes at a final phase of the process in The Hague, saying turnout is expected to be even bigger than in the previous march.
Last March in Pristina testified to the power of unity, when about 100,000 citizens joined in calling for justice. On Tuesday, February 17th, at a crucial moment for the country, and in the final phase of the process in The Hague, we will get even more”, he wrote.
Krasniqi has at the same time stressed that this issue is not related to individuals or political parties, but to national dignity and the right to a fair and impartial judgment.
Because, this is not a matter of an individual, of a certain party or group, but of national and state dignity, of historical truth and the indisposed right to a fair and impartial judgment. Our call remains clear and unchanged: Justice, not politics! Freedom to Deliverers!”, Krasniqi said.
