Decades ago, the home of Isaac Qoll in the Great Bardh became the starting point for the liberation of the country.
The first meetings were held there, as well as preparing for the start of armed resistance against the Serbian occupant.
Also from this house came the formation of one of the first cells of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
In honour of the commitment of one of the KLA superiors, Isak Qoll, today the KLA Veterans' Organisation in Fushë Kosovo, organised the plaque discovery ceremony “quax1>, which took place in the presence of a large number of attendees.
The event was held on the eve of marking the 18th anniversary of Kosovo's declaration of Independence.
