Defense cut by ZPS: You have no evidence Jakup Krasniqi has visited detention sites

Lawyer Aydan Ellis said that the Specialised Prosecutor has provided no evidence or evidence that Jakup Krasniqi has been in the 50 detention sites, as the SPS claims, broadcasts Clankosova, broadcasts Periscope.

No evidence has been given, no evidence that Mr. Krasniqi was in these places, including Drinoci, Budakova, Jeshua, Dobratin, Creesin, Bübble, Zlata, Verbanin, even several seats in Prizren, Glanela, Low Novosel, Gjilan, Suhareka, Novoberda and other”, he said.

Similarly, Ellis added that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has not explained how it can prove Krasniqi's connection to these detention sites.

The prosecution has not even explained how it can confirm the link between the person in question and the visits to the detention site. Even on Monday, when the prosecution highlighted several other countries, that does not mean that Mr. Krasniqi was there, the lawyer said.
