According to the response, the Kosovo News Chamber and Radio Television is constantly in need of qualified staff, while the departure of experienced journalists creates gaps that reportedly directly affect the quality of public information.

The union announces it will continue monitoring the situation and calls on the administration to ensure transparency and respect of legal standards in dealing with employees.

RTK's union expresses concern over the failure to continue the work contract for journalists, Edita Avdiu and Hannah Martheti, after three years of working with consecutive contracts over the set term.
