According to the communiqué, the defendant allegedly on November 27, 2025, in Vushtrri, in his backyard has deliberately attempted to deprive life of the minor E.V. and M.V.
The prosecution claims that once the injured have entered the yard, the defendant fired half-automatic rifles in their direction, with minor E.V. cases. She's wounded in the left shoulder region.
The indictment also charges the defendant with unauthorized possession of the weapon, as from an indefinite date until November 27th 2025 he had held the semiautomatic rifle at home, contrary to the Law on Weapons in the Republic of Kosovo. Guns and 10 bullets were confiscated by police.
As a result of the shooting, the shells have also hit a vehicle owned by I.B., as well as a window in L.S. residence, causing material damage.
