According to police reports, suspects allegedly deceived the victim by promising to send them abroad for medical treatment. In this way, they have managed to make a significant profit of money.
During investigative actions, as material evidence two mobile phones, two hospital cards, as well as a bank card, are expected to serve in the further investigation procedure.
With the decision of the competent prosecutor, one of the suspects has been detained and sent to maintenance, while the other suspect has been released in regular procedure.

By 20.02.2026, two Kosovo males have been arrested, having deceived the victim, where they have managed to damage $130,000 in value, promising to send the state abroad for healing. Two mobile phones, two hospital cards, and a bank card have been seized as evidence. At the prosecutor's decision, one of the suspects was sent to the detention, while the other was released in regular procedure”, the 24-hour police report said.
