50 cases of domestic violence were handled for a week by the Victims Relief Office

The Office for Protection and Help of Victims has handled 58 cases during the following week.

During the week-long working period at the Office for Protection and Help of Victims, advocates of Kosovo-level victims have addressed:

-50 cases of domestic violence;

-3 cases of rape;

-1 case sexual assault;

-1 case sexual harassment;

-One case of attempted murder;

-1 case of coexistence under 16;

-One case ? UM violation;

-11 request for Protection Order (KUM) put forward in court;

-10 Request for Emergency Protection Command (KUME);

-2 Requesting temporary Emergency Protection Order;

-1 request for UM change;

-21 approved decisions;

-85 court hearings;

-16 hearings at the prosecution;

-71 legal advice;

-10 condemned convictions;

-2 Freed Act;

-One rejection act;

-3 random representations in police;

-8 random references to QPS;

-1 request for compensation from the victim's fund;

-1 declaration of damage.
