4 arrested for fraud of over 1.5m euros, 30 days of detention set aside for them

According to allegations charged with the purpose of illegal property profiting itself, hiding relevant facts and putting the damage to H.M. in co-ordination has caused material damage worth 1,578,180.00 euros.

So is suspect M.M. Also suspected of committing criminal acts, forging documents from Article 390 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK paragraph 1, while suspect D.R. Also suspected of legalising false content by Article 395 paragraphs 1 and 2 of KPRK.

Pristina, February 24th 2026- The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina in close co-operation with the Kosovo Police has arrested four (4) people with initials M.M., S.B., D.R., and B.Z., who have been assigned the 48 (eightth) detention measure due to alleged criminal work: Deception in co-ordination by Article 323 paragraphs 4 concerning paragraph 1 and Article 31 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
So is suspect M.M. Also suspected of committing criminal acts, forging documents from Article 390 paragraph 2 concerning KPRK paragraph 1, while suspect D.R. Also suspected of legalising false content by Article 395 paragraphs 1 and 2 of KPRK.
According to allegations charged with the purpose of illegal property profiting itself, hiding relevant facts and putting the damage to H.M. in co-ordination has caused material damage worth 1,578,180.00 euros.
The state prosecutor, has issued temporary ban warrants for the respective parcels, as there is the suspicion that the property was sold on the basis of forged documents and has been illegally transferred. At the same time, the release of the final restraining order for these parcels has been required by the Court, with the goal of securing property until the end of the criminal procedure.
Meanwhile, the competent court has assigned the defendants M.M., S.B., D.R., and B.Z. The amount of detention during the length of 30 (thirty) days.
