The Randa Crime Department, with Prosecution Judge Musa Povataj, has assigned the detention measure for thirty days to indictees K.M., who allegedly hit his father in Isniq, Decani.
The detention period has been set up because of the suspicion based that the defendant K.M. has committed criminal work “The serious murder remaining in the attempted”, from Article 173 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.3 concerning Article 28 of the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, while the detention is set on the basis of legal conditions prior to the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Kosovo”, said in the statement.
The detention is scheduled for 06,02,2026, 0400 and will last until 06,03,2026.
It becomes known that the detention measure will initially be held in the Psychiatry Department in Pec, as long as medical treatment is deemed necessary, while after its completion the defendant will be sent to the Centre of Pre-burging.
