In the prosecution's announcement, Avdu Allah reportedly is charged with criminal work “grave murder”, reports “Battle for Justice“.
“According to defendant I.A. Co-ordination with now convicts A.B. and F.A. as well as defendants E.S. and R.A. As an organised group have committed the criminal offence of serious murder, from Article 147 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 3 and 9 concerning Article 23 of the Kosovo Criminal Code”, the report said.
That the case has to do with Avdu, confirmed for “Justice Trust”, his protector, lawyer Rame Dresey.
I confirm that the indictment is for my client, even though I'm not officially notified, but on the basis of the description on the notice, it's about my client”, Dresaj said.
Ilir Avdullahu, known as “Lisa”, was arrested on July 16, 2023, as for years he was wanted as a suspect in the murder of Triumf Riza.
Enver Sekiraqa, accused of inciting police murder, is also being tried. Sekiraqa on May 3, 2024, was sentenced to 25 years in prison. The same is on the run.
