The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSBE) has reacted to public concerns about a major false news published in central news on Kosovo Radio Television, quoted by a notorious Bosnian media on dezinformation.
Through a report, they indicated that “is to establish” the intention of the RTK Board to clarify the situation and seek editorial responsibility.

“Media freedom and journalistic integrity are the cornerstone of a democratic society. We commend the Kosovo Radio Television Board for their quick decision to review a recent report published on July 22nd, addressing possible concerns and clarifying editorial responsibility. We call on public officials to support the media in keeping the public informed and to hold the institutions responsible. Maintaining a calm and constructive dialogue is essential”, written O SBE.
