“Kosova enjoyed the 25th anniversary

He said that 25 years ago Kosovo was finally freed from Serbian occupation and extermination.

The “Precisely on June 12th 1999, would permanently end the centuries-old Albanian suffering from a barbarist Serb regime that was killing and burning in every corner of Kosovo. The dangers of freedom were invading the grim horizon of Kosovo's sky, they were turning away the black clouds of mortar, of burning houses and suffering of our people. These rays of freedom came as a result of an unbreakable peaceful resistance led by the Historical President, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, and then armed by the people of Kosovo, the Kosovo Liberation Army that resulted from NATO military intervention on Serbian limits”.

Abdixhiku said the notorious Serbian regime had killed and massacred thousands of defenseless civilians, had deported over one million Albanians from their homes, burned and destroyed all Albanian.

This fascist regime would end after 78 days of bombing of the NATO Alliance. On this anniversary, the Day of Deliverance honors and remembers the basic sacrifice of generations that contributed to the freedom and independence of our state”.

He has also thanked the Kosovo allies.
