The 66th witness of the Specialised Prosecutor's Office which holds the W04230 code in the case against former KLA officials has ended up in Kosovo's Specialised Chambers ( DESK).
It is noteworthy that during the hearing, the chairman of the panel, Charles Smith III, announced that the timing of two future sessions is somewhat unusual, and a discussion on how to conduct the case is planned.
Smith III said it is possible that such a thing will happen during the afternoon session on May 27, 2024, but that the decision remains to be made late and parties announced.
