The Kosovo Security Force has launched humanitarian action for voluntary blood donation, in co-operation with the National Blood Transfusion Centre.
This blood donation activity has been answered by a large number of members of the Force, including KSF Commander Lieutenant Union Jashari, who donated blood to the “Adem Jashari” barracks in Pristina.
The Kosovo Security Force, now traditionally responds to the demand for blood transfusion to meet the enormous needs of the University Clinical Centre of Kosovo to donate blood and save lives,” is written in the statement.
The KSF suggests that voluntary blood donation action will continue during June through all KSF barracks so that as much support can be provided to those in need.
