Trim Barak is sentenced to four months in prison for buying items taken for criminal labor

Basicly in Pristina, he has declared a conviction act against accused Trim Barak for the criminal act “Blerja, acceptance or hiding items taken in the conduct of criminal work”, condemning him to 4 months in effective prison. Barak is also one of the suspects in the silver robbery in Suhareka in November last year.

From the office of the occasional judge, Sabit Sadij has announced that the act of prejudice against Barak was proclaimed on Tuesday.

The accused had pleaded guilty to the session on March 29, 2024, acknowledging that he had bought the things he was accused of.

Unlike in this case, with the accused Barak for criminal work “Blerja, acceptance or hiding items taken in the conduct of criminal work” is also charged with Endrit Maxhun, who was declared innocent at the session of March 14, 2024, and the same procedure has been isolated.

According to the indictment compiled on August 11th 2022, accused Andrew Maxhun on December 22nd 2021 around 1100 in Pristina had bought the item <x0pel Astra”, which he was able to know was obtained through criminal work at an unproportional-real price. Hence, these actions are charged with committing criminal work “Bler, acceptance, or hiding items taken in the work of” by Article 333, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

On the other hand, at the point two of the indictment was charged with Trim Barak, who reportedly had bought the car, a gold chain, and a laptop, at an unproportional-real price on December 16, 2021.

Hence, these acts were charged with criminal work “Bler, acceptance, or hiding items used in the work of” by Article 333, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code.

According to the indictment, there has been an accusation against Maximus and Barak with the request for the pronunciation of the penal order.

Otherwise, accused Trim Barak is suspected of involvement in the robbery of a jewelry store in “Suhareka” on November 22nd 2023, which is located under the detention measure along with suspects Bujar Basha, Besart Istrefi and Leutrim Calcoli. /Betimy for Justice
