Grieved by news of the death of Baca Ali, politician Ali Lajci!
Born on January 3, 1955, in Malaj, Rugova, Ali Lajci has been politically active throughout his life. Ali Lajci's name is met early, from among the names of organisers of the 1981 student and popular demonstrations, for which he was sentenced by the Yugoslav regime to 15 years in prison. He was released from prison in 1991 but was again arrested in 1993 for his involvement in armed resistance arrangements.
After the war in Kosovo, Ali Lajci was head of the Peja Community between 2001 and 2007. After that, he was elected deputy in the Kosovo Assembly in several legislatures, where he was also one of the signatories of the Kosovo Declaration of Independence on February 17, 2008. With Ali Lajci, I have come to know and work together especially at the time he was V Movement MP. At the Kosovo Convention. Ali Lajci will be remembered for his patriotic activity and political engagement extended over a period of over 45 years, both from those who recognised and worked with him and from the modern history of Kosovo.
Convenience with the Leach family, friends and associates of Ali Leicz for his death!
Always remember!
