Gervala has written that as a result of nepotism, familiarism, a serious lack of professionalism and accountability, unequivocal treatment of officials, it has been a miserable situation that she has found in the ministry leading her.

She has written on Facebook that it is the family line of political and public figures employed in the ministry.
