VV requires the dismissal of Independent Commission for Media Chairman: Periscop explains why

A message that was broadcast on the sports channel "Arena Sport" has prompted Vetevendosje deputies to request the dismissal of Independent Media Commission chairman.

The message that was broadcast on these channels had threatening and supportive content of the terrorist attack on 24 September in the Republic of Kosovo.

KPM had acted the following day. But, in February of this year, the Independent Media Commission abolished this decision, and that is why Vetevendosje is seeking the dismissal of KPM leaders.

On November 3rd of last year, we made a decision to suspend three sports channels of Arena Sports because they had content contrary to KPM rules. We immediately took action that we immediately requested clarification from operators who are five for correction: Artmotion, Ipko, Memory, Telcos and MTS have had the Arena Sport transmission channels.

The opposition in the Commission didn't know why this extraordinary meeting was called.
