The triple murder in Glodjan, an eyewitness says a person fired a gun at the bus.

Wounded A.B., during Thursday's hearing at the Criminal Court, has confessed to the tragic night moment where the bus was attacked in Glodjan, with which three people were left dead.

In this case, Kastriot, Kreshnik and Halil Mehmetaj are charged with being charged on November 26, 2021, driven by postcurulous retaliation, deprived of life of three people, two of them children.

Wounded B., said that on the critical night a person shot an A-47 in the middle of the road to the bus.

She said that during her high school period she traveled to Gjakova on the bus “Erblin” and that the bus driver had now been the late G.G.

Before the court, she said she was unaware that now the late G., there was some conflict or threatened someone or threatened by someone. According to her, the driver had been kind and normal to everyone.

“The driver tried to get him off the road, that person was drunk and he wasn't far away, as the driver approached him after seeing that he wasn't leaving, the driver stopped the bus, and that person turned around and walked towards the bus, as there were tracks in the direction of the bus that stopped and passed through the driver's window and shot there and then that person went away, said witness A.B.

She said she had been sitting behind victim G., in the second chair, adding that she had a visual on the front, but she couldn't see more after she was also the flame of the gun.

The Witness said that she saw him approaching him for three feet [1 m].

According to her, he had been wearing boots and long black jackets and on his head had had black hats and that he didn't notice a gun in that person.

According to her description, the person who had seen him had been of normal length neither weak nor thick but who had failed to notice his face because he had his hat covered.

Following witness B, another witness was to be heard, but indictee Kastriot Mehmetaj's defender, Kosovar lawyer Kelmendi, called for the closure of the session because of the protection of personal and private lives of the accused.

The court then approved the Kelmendi defense proposal for the hearing to be completed in line with Article 296 and 289, par.3. point 3.2, KPRK.

According to the indictment filed on May 5th 2023 by the Founding Prosecutor in Pec, defendants Halil, Kastriot and Kreshnik Mehmetaj are charged that on November 26th 2021, in the village of Gllojan, the Decani municipality, exactly on the <x0majl Haradinaj” street, driven by postscriptult retaliation, in co-operation agreement with each other, deprived of three persons, two of them who were children. /Betimy for Justice
