It was first reported as a natural death, as a result of deepening investigative actions, accounts for the loss of 75-year-old life. In the first moments, from the preliminary external examination of the 75-year-old body, no signs of violence have been recorded, and the event has been reported as natural death. After conducting deepening investigations and forensic expertise, it has been found that citizens I. S. for several hours he had lost his life.
It also resulted in her son, citizen N. S., who suffers from mental illness, had exerted physical violence against the 75-year-old, violence that caused the loss of life. The procedure was passed on to the Prosecutor's Court of the First Stairway of General Jurydiction Durres for further action.
