Kosovo Assembly MPs have completed holding the session for today.
One of the points on the agenda was the establishment of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission on the executive responsibilities of the Ministry of Justice in relation to the suspicious fires at the Legal Medicine Institute, the disappearance of samples in the case of Astrit Dehar and any action of this ministry that has violated the independence and legal responsibilities of this institute.
Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has indicated that there was not enough quorum for the vote at the highest-mentioned point.
And three other points have been voted out as follows:
The adoption of the Parliamentary Investigative Commission budget regarding procedures for supply and management with state reserves, possible abuses and abuses with state reserves through qualifying the procedure as a state secret for such supplies,
The Ad-hoc Commission's formation for selecting candidates for four members of the Kosovo Radio Television Board,
Formation of the Ad-Hoc Commission for electing candidates for a member of the Independent Media Commission, from the ranks of non-provision communities, and for a member of Independent Media Commission, from the ranks of the Albanian community.
