Plans for attempted murder of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti reportedly had occurred in Skopje on Friday.
Government of Kosovo spokesman Progress Kryeziu said threats are related to Belgrade.
Serbian Prime Minister Kurti stayed in Skopje last night after returning from the United States. Last night at first, there was a dinner with representatives of parties as sisters of the Party of European Socialists (PSE). Then in the morning he attended the regional meeting with precisely leaders of the sister-in-law European Socialist Party, organised by the Friedri Foundation. ch-Ebert-Stiftung (FES). On the other hand, Kryeziu added that nervousness in Belgrade after the UN Security Council meeting has increased threats and aggression against the prime minister.

I have learned that there are many threats from individuals and structures that have their roots in official Belgrade. But I have just come from Skopje, I have not felt threatened, except I have seen many police forces who care for the Skopje meeting”, he said.
By contrast, RTK today reported that reliable sources from security institutions in Kosovo have said that shortly after the UN's KS meeting, they have provided evidence that from Serbia there are attempts to kill Kosovo's prime minister, Albin Kurti in Skopje, where he stayed last night.
