He also spoke about the visit of Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, to Albania.
“S first of the United States, want to stress the importance of supporting Ukraine, the US Military Assistance Congress and make clear that if we don't help Ukraine today, tomorrow the Balkans can be a new hearth of the conflict, of confronting Russia”, he said.
During the day, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, and Ukraine's President Voldymyr Zelenski have signed an agreement for co-operation and friendship.
