When Adem Demach was released from the third prison on April 21, 1990, Astrit Dehari was a baby for less than two months. Adem Demach was 54 years old at the time, and Astrit Dehar would never link anything, if Astrit became a political activist when he grew up. But in addition, Adem Demach and Astrit Dehari have a common opportunity for what we are both remembering today. It's their birthday on the same date, February 26. If they were still among us, Baca Adam would now be 88 years old, and Astritus would be 34 years old. But their fate was that Adem Demach spent 28 years in prison, while Astrit Dehar was still only 26 years old when he was killed in prison.
In fact, as his mother had told him, Nazife Lahu, Adam Demachi was born sometime at the end of the summer of 1935, in August or September, but his father Zeqiri had registered him to civil records about six months later, on February 26, 1936. When his father Zeqiri died, Adam was only 7 years old, and from that time on, Adam remained in contact with his mother. But before she left him, when she left her life, Mother Nazife warned her son Adam to advise him to contact the mother of Albania, because as Baca Adam himself recalled: “Mother would tell me, I would die one day, so love Albania's mother that she never dies”
And Adem Demach followed his mother's advice, staying inexorably attached to the mother of Albania even during the political trials, even during the past 28 years in Yugoslav prisons, even when he received the “Award. Sakharov”, even when he directed the Kosovo Liberation Army Political Office in Pristina, where I had the chance to work with it. An invincible dissident, a Hegel fan who read the readings, accompanied political proxis, a very original writer and a symbol of resistance and freedom efforts, Adem Demaci is a completely unique personality in the political history of Kosovo and Albanians.
Under the example of Bacci Adam and often supported by him since 2005, the V Movement IT WAS a political organization that produced a new generation of political activists, including Astrit Dehari. An excellent student of medicine, a clear political activist and exemplary fellow Astrit Dehari died in still unexplained and unadvanced circumstances of justice, at a time when the political regime governing our country did not choose methods to prevent the political approach of the V Movement And the life of our political ideas in the Republic of Kosovo. Astrit Deharin will remember every birthday, keep alive his example of pure political activist life and remind us of the past that has brought us here.
