Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has accepted a telegram congratulations on the 16th anniversary of Independence by the president of the United States of America (SHBA), Joe Biden.
The stable friendship and partner between the two nations is highlighted, however, and Biden has sent a message to the Kosovo leadership to implement the agreements with Serbia, reached within the dialogue.
Kosovo and the US share a stable friendship and partnership strengthened by the common vision for a more peaceful, secure and successful region. The US strongly supports a multiethnic Kosovo and its integration into European and Euro-Atlantic institutions. We also continue to support EU facilitated dialogue efforts to reach a comprehensive normalisation agreement with Serbia a significant step ahead of mutual recognition at the end (of the process). Along with the countries of the region and the world, The US encourages Kosovo leadership to fulfil its obligations, including all past agreements reached through this process”, it says congratulations.
