Journalist and analyst Artan Behrami has reacted after recent developments in the Pristina municipality, where her first progresser Rama dismissed Donjeta Sahatciun from the post of deputy speaker, writes Periscopi.
Behram proposed an idea to the PDK and LDK to use the “Administrative Guide for Referenum, adopted last year by the Government of Kosovo and mobilise 20% of the electorate in Pristina for the dismissal of the chairman?”
