Today's plenary session in the Albanian Parliament has lasted only 21 minutes, as the noisy opposition in the hall again blocked the works.
The Assembly has voted against the amendment of Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha for National Security and the relocation of 50m euros as military aid to Kosovo.
Shortly after that Lulzim Basha left along with other MPs, Shqip.com reports.
Meanwhile, while the law on returning online bets was expected today, at the request of the SP the agenda was changed and the vote was postponed.
