Fadil Geci at The Hague: Hashim Thaci has written the communique 59.

He has accused former President Thaci of communiqué 59. Geci at the hearing said Thaci wrote that communique, sends the online newspaper Reporter.net.

He has been questioned by the defence of former President Thaci, the lawyer, Luka Misetic.
