Macedonia has said that this has been revealed today by Lieutenant Colonel Steve Forrest, Bilateral Adviser at the Ministry of Defence.

Full Posting:

Today, by Lieutenant Colonel Steve Forrest, bilatheral adviser to the Ministry of Defence, I was notified of the United Kingdom authorities' decision to travel without visas to the Ministry of Defence and Security of Kosovo personnel who carry on military and official activities in the United Kingdom.

This decision comes as a result of deepening co-operation in the field of defence and the commitment of the Republic of Kosovo to defence activities led by the United Kingdom.

The UK has consistently played a key role in the general statehood process and empowering our country's defence capacities, in particular.

This is also a testimony to the credibility the Ministry of Defence and the Kosovo Security Force enjoys in our partners.

Thank you United Kingdom
