“In HINA98-99 W04255, Kosovo Albanian was a member of LDK and i KLA, has been commander of The KLA for a certain time period. W04255 attended a meeting where Hashim Thaci was introduced as the representative of the General Staff. At another W04255 meeting was present, where Hashim Thaci was introduced as chief of other KLA members present, prosecutor Pace said, reading of the witness testimony summary.
Similarly, the witness said he remembered the testimony given to the SPS on January 10th 2020 and that the clarifications he made were accurately reflected in the note he was read to.
He said that previous explanations and statements reflect the same answers to whether to ask again about the same issues.
Under these circumstances, previous statements, accompanying documents and pre-preparative footnotes have been accepted by the court.
The hearing went to private session at the request of Attorney Pace, with the reasoning that the witness be protected.
