A 51-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly engaged in relations with a 21-year-old, without his wish.
“Police Commissioner No. 3 arrested the citizen, 51, resident in Tirana, after allegedly engaging in homosexual relations with a 23-year-old, without his own will”, the police report said.
