A person was killed Monday on the road “Zahir Pajaziti” in Podujevo, and another has remained injured, Kosovo Police reported.

Police spokesman for Pristina region, Agron Borovci, has told Time that the case occurred at 12:30, where it was reported shooting. KOHA has learned that the victim is about 30 years old, the wounded is the victim's wife.

According to him, police are continuing with the investigation of the site as well as with other operational-ethimore actions.

Around 12:30, it was reported shooting guns on the Zahir Pajaziti Street in Podujevo. Police have immediately appeared at the scene and from the first information received by emergency doctors has confirmed that one person is without life signs, yet another has been injured. Currently, police are continuing with actions to examine the scene, as well as other operational-ethitive actions, with the aim of clarifying the circumstances of the event as well as identifying suspects”, said in Borovci's full announcement.

According to witnesses, at the critical moment the victims have been with their son about 4 years old.
