Osman agrees with Begaj: Kosovo's co-ordination with allies is precondition for successes

At a time when the relationship between Edi Rama and Albin Kurti continues to be frozen, following the annulment of the two government collection, President Vjosa Osmani of Tirana took a moderate stance.
