Houvenier has said the United States is committed to continued partnership with the Kosovo people.
“We are committed to our continued partnership with the Kosovo people. Today we have signed an agreement with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani to offer additional financing of US$ 34.7 million in aid to advance Kosovo's democratic and economic development”, Houvenier wrote.
