Kurti-Vucciq meeting, Borrell in front of the media at 1500 p.m.

The EU High Representative Josep Borelli, under the published agenda, is scheduled to speak at a news conference at 1500.

This conference is scheduled to take place after the end of the summit in the middle of the prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and Serbia's president, Alexander Vucic, who has started at noon, and whom talks are mediating Borell and Lajcak.
