And if we're on September 5, 2023, which means three days of pre-university school training have been held, the ranks for textbooks purchase are long, of 15 to 45 parents waiting, at the moment of monitoring from last year when this same government and this same minister had distributed free textbooks according to the standards of pre-government that was, even more efficient, and less expensive. If we are aware of the fact that many parents are employed, they have to take a day off so that they can buy books or, worse still, grandparents or grandchildren are forced to wait in line for book purchases of”, the communiqué says.

KMDLNA estimates that the opinion response has been extremely mild and contrary to the seriousness of the situation created.

THE RELIGION E THREE FOR TECTSTEV EXODUS!

KMDLNY monitors have monitored several points where citizens are buying the August-based textbooks as if they received information over the phone from their parents.

Although we are on September 5, 2023, which means that three days of pre-university schools have been held, the ranks for textbooks purchase are long, of 15 to 45 parents waiting, at the moment of monitoring as opposed to last year when this same government and this same minister had distributed free textbooks according to the standards of the previous governments, even more efficient, and less costly. In view of the fact that many parents are employed, they should take a day off so as to buy books or, worse still, grandparents or grandchildren are forced to wait in line for book purchases.

The opposition called an extraordinary meeting for this very situation created with textbooks, which they described as a failure, but the position ignored this extraordinary session by ignoring the opposition deputies' request, even relating the situation. The response of the Parents' Council would have to be much more determined than before that lack of textbooks prevents the performance of instruction, their children. Of course, the SBASKU has not reacted because it does not consider it part of the mandate for the fact that it protects the interests of educators rather than students, although this lack is interconnected and difficult for all teachers engaged in the teaching process. KMDLNj has requested and requires that the case be investigated whether this approach to textbooks has preserved Kosovo's budget tools or damaged the budget and then established possible institutional, professional and legal responsibility. For KMDLNY, the fact remains unclear why August avoided the way the textbooks were distributed if last year was deemed successful when, in the meantime, the government's content remained the same as the August, the same prime minister and the same minister. It is amazing how after all this trouble no one is talking about responsibilities (from the ranks of position) even though more tools are said to have been divided than those shared in the preceding year as efficiency has fallen to the ground. One who pays his parents ' labor and lost hours because without textbooks is kept to meet the terms of the contract rather than to distribute knowledge. KMDLNY estimates that this created toll, for no reason or need, raises doubts about the tender because the offer of the publishing houses of textbooks does not distinguish much from the separate means for this, so it should be explained why it was determined to be more expensive, not for the way it was implemented. August and the current ministry last year.

KMDLNA estimates that the opinion response has been extremely mild and contrary to the seriousness of the situation created. It is the organization that protects students ' rights and engages in a better education that has had to react by showing public disagreement rather than quietly passing over as if the case were in North Korea or Iran. That this STAT action, well-versed, hasty and uncoordinated with the Parents' Council violates human rights, there is no doubt if we refer to Article 26 of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights of the United Nations; The European Convention for Human Rights and Kosovo Constitution.
