At that time the same charges fell to the burden of four indictees, Bedri Krasniqi, Alban Dezdari, Bajram Kiqmar, Faik Shaqiri, but the Supreme Court through a November act of Kiqmar and Shaqiri had released them after the two indictees were tried years earlier and there is a trial for dropping their investigations.

Bedri Krasniqi at this hearing told the court that it is the only link he hopes to be captured, and that he has noticed in the court that they have an interest in making the truth white, whereas for the latter, he said they have no evidence or evidence.
